The Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN) Service Agreement establishes the terms and agreements between the organization requesting access to the DREN and the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) for use of the DREN. It documents the guidelines and procedures to be observed by the organization requesting DREN service. The DREN Service Agreement constitutes the "contract" with the HPCMP. The requesting organization and the DREN Point of Contact for that organization must concur with all terms of the DREN Service Agreement, as a prerequisite to receiving and maintaining DREN service. Contact information for the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) Associate Director for Networking, DREN Operations Manager and other DREN personnel are in Attachment 2 of the DREN Service Agreement.
