The High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) supports Department of Defense (DoD) Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) and Acquisition Engineering (AE) objectives to solve complex defense challenges. To achieve its goals, the HPCMP has created integrated solutions through seven Solution Areas:
These seven Solution Areas provide a complete computational environment that includes supercomputing system architecture and deployment expertise, a nation-wide high-performance data network supporting the DoD RDT&E and AE communities, and the computational expertise to support DoD scientists and engineers in the development of supercomputing algorithms and applications that solve the problems facing DoD research, acquisition, and operations.
